CHINESE PORK SALAD

INGREDIENTS:

1 pound pork strips marinated in 1/2 cup Oriental stir-fry sauce
3 green onions, sliced
1/2 red bell pepper, diced
2 10-ounce packages frozen pea pods thawed and drained
1 11-ounce can mandarin oranges, drained
1 3-ounce can chow mein noodles

METHOD

1. In a large non-stick skillet, stir-fry the pork over medium heat, about 4 to 5 minutes.

2. In a large bowl, toss pork with green onions, bell pepper, pea pods, and oranges. Serve over noodles.
